Tom Hartigan – Non Exec. Chairman

Tom was appointed Chairman in October 2002. He is also the Chairman of Medical Australia Limited and COMPOS Limited and the former Non-Executive Director of Eifel Technologies Limited.
Tom is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and has more than 36 years experience as a Director of public companies.
Mark Flack – Executive Director

Mark Flack is a strategic accountant who has been involved in the growth of several businesses in Australia. Throughout his diverse career he has been exposed to a range of industry sectors, and experienced first hand many of the challenges that businesses face in their attempt to grow.
He has been a member of CPA Australia for over 15 years.
Tony Wales – Non Exec. Director

Tony was appointed to the Board in October 2002. He was a Non-Executive Director of Computershare Limited between 1981 and 2010.
He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
Michael Hogg – Non Exec. Director

Michael is the Non-executive Director of Australian Power and Gas Company Limited. He was previously the Global CEO of the Cobra Group, one of the world’s largest “face to face” sales and marketing companies and was a key sales generator for a number of well known financial service sector clients.
Tony Harris - Non Exec. Director

Tony is an experienced business operator in construction, property and finance, forming the Money Store in 1988 which sold to a public company, where he held the position of General Manager.
Tony holds a building degree from University of Technology B. App. Sc(Build), is an Associate of Mortgage Industry Associate of Australia, Associate of the Australian Property Institute (formerly Valuers & Land economists) and Affiliate of the Securities Institute of Australia.
Greg Paramor – Non Exec. Director

Greg is a founding partner of Equity Real Estate Partners. Greg has been involved in the real estate and funds management industry for more than 35 years, and was the co-founder of Growth Equities Mutual, Paladin Australia and the James Fielding Group. Greg was the CEO of Mirvac between 2004 and 2008.
Greg is a past president of the Property Council of Australia and past president of Investment Funds Association, a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute and The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Greg is a director of a number of not-for-profit organisations, including the Garvan Institute of Medical Research and the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Greg is also a board member of the Sydney Swans and a director of LJ Hooker and Folkestone Limited.
