Firstfolio is pleased to announce the appointment with immediate effect of Mr David Hancock as CEO of Firstfolio.
The Chairman of Firstfolio Limited (ASX: FFF), Mr Eric Dodd said that Mr Hancock had been previously engaged by the board as a consultant and came into his new role with a solid understanding of the existing business.
“The Board is delighted that David has accepted the CEO role and we have secured the services of a person with an excellent and proven track record,” Mr Dodd said. “In his previous roles David had significant operating experience and he brings to Firstfolio very strong skills and trengths in financial services and technology. David has developed an excellent network over many years and is ideally placed to work closely with the Board to determine the most appropriate growth path for the Company. “We have in place a strong management team committed to the growth and success of this business over the longer term and we will be adding to that team in the near future,” Mr Dodd added.
Commenting on his appointment, Mr Hancock said he was looking forward to delivering a business strategy that would enhance value for all shareholders. “Firstfolio has acquired several assets in recent years and my focus will be to execute on a growth plan that leverages off those assets,” Mr Hancock said.
Mr Hancock takes over from acting CEO Mr Mark Flack.
